Perinatal Loss
Perinatal loss is a time of intense grief, no matter where you are located. However, living outside of your passport country, away from traditional support systems, and in a different medical environment can compound your grief. It can also be challenging and overwhelming to find resources on your own. My heart is to help carry that mental load and foster community to walk with others during your grief journey.

The Perinatal Loss Debrief Packet
Faith based version
A 35-page packet designed to provide support for families in cross-cultural environments, emphasizing the importance of healthy processing and taking time to heal from the profound loss of your child.
This packet was created to support families dealing with grief while living in a cross-cultural setting. Although stress and grief cannot be prevented while on the field, establishing healthy rhythms of processing and debriefing can help us heal more effectively. Your pregnancy and the loss of your child’s life are significant. I encourage you to give yourself the permission to take as much time as you need to process and heal from this pain.
