She helps expecting couples prepare for childbirth both physically and spiritually through her podcast, Preparing for Childbirth, as well as the Growing in Confidence and Peace Childbirth Course, which she offers in an online self-paced format with a live interactive component. Shannon Stellhorn is a Certified Professional Midwife in the USA, Licensed Midwife in Texas, a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and IBCLC. She now resides in Scotland with her family and practices as an IBCLC there.
